Cancelling

Cancel from your account page at any time. There are no retention steps. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and no further payments are taken.

Refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it. Because access to the platform begins immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply starts straight away and to acknowledge that this ends the 14-day cancellation right once you have used the service. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

If you have not used the account since purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. If you have used it, we will consider a partial refund for the unused part of the period at our discretion.

If the service is faulty, materially different from its description, or unavailable for a sustained period, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the above.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will email you and retry. Access continues for a short grace period while you update your card, after which the account returns to the free tier. Your progress is kept.
